This regional platform is a celebration of youth dance from across the South West, an opportunity for young dancers to inspire and be inspired, connect with others, and perform on a professional stage.
We bring dancers and teachers from across the South West dance community together to showcase the extraordinary talent we have in the region. Everyone involved in the event takes part in a range of workshops led by industry professionals, ensuring the experience is both creative and developmental.
We have now delivered ten successful years of The Platform. In May 2026, we marked our 10th anniversary with a special celebration at the Hall for Cornwall, featuring headline guests Flawless, whose performance made the milestone year even more memorable.
The Platform is open to all South West dancers and organisations, continuing our commitment to accessibility, community and high‑quality youth dance.
